- Extensive marketing responsibilities including outbound calling to leads and referrals.
- Identify customer needs/problems through our 5-step customer experience process and market appropriate products and services to solve those problems.
- Assist clients with policy applications and renewals.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
- Conduct annual reviews to educate customer on current products and uncover additional marketing opportunities to expand the customer's relationship with the agency.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success every day.
- Commit to hitting daily sales and prospecting standards of excellence.
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
- Self-motivated
- Coachability a must.
- Ability to conduct interviews in the office and customer' business, or virtually.
- Ability to assess customer needs and conduct effective interviews
- Ability to execute a detailed business plan
- Experience in sales preferred
- Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
- Property and Casualty (must be able to obtain)
- Bi-lingual-spanish a plus but not required
